Billy Blanks Tae Bo BootCamp

Billy Blanks is back again with his newest workout series called “Billy Blanks Tae Bo BootCamp”. Billy Blanks has been around for several years now, sharing his mixture of martial arts and dance-style workout routine- Tae Bo.

Billy’s BootCamp workout package includes 4 workout videos, a 7-day supply of vitamins, a healthy eating plan, and free access to the web club. The web club offers a “video rotation calendar” to help you develop a good routine.

The BootCamp Workout videos are going to make you sweat, without a doubt. You will definitely be sore, so you might want to start out with Billy’s previous Tae Bo videos until you are comfortable with them before attempting the BootCamp workout. It is certainly the most challenging of Billy’s workouts yet.

This workout plan really works the abs, and after about 2 weeks of following Billy’s routine, you will notice a difference. The video helps you tone your muscles and strengthen trouble areas. After you get used to the intensity of the workout, it begins to become fun to do. Billy is a very inspiring instructor who makes you want to keep working, and the music is fun and upbeat.
