Stuffed Giant Pasta Shells
- 1-2 packs of giant pasta shells
- 3-4 x grilled lean chicken breasts
- Grated low fat cheese
- Grilled Lean bacon, chopped
- 1 small x Tin of tomatoes (drained)
- Small amount of whole meal bread crumbs
- Garlic
- Very low fat cream or low fat cream substitute
- Low fat parmesan cheese
Cook the giant pasta shells until tender, but fairly firm, you are going to be putting the ingredients in them so you don't want them to fall to bits.
Now combine everything, EXCEPT FOR THE GIANT PASTA SHELLS, into a blender to create a mashed mixture.
Then scoop the combined ingredients into the giant pasta shells. Place them into a moderate to hot oven until they have slightly browned.
