Mexican Chicken Salad
- 3 x Lean Chicken Breasts, rolled in Mexican spices and grilled. Then sliced thinly.
- 1 pack fresh Gourmet Lettuce Leaves
- 1.5 cup tomatoes - chopped
- 1/2 cup spanish / red onion - chopped
- 1/4 Red Capsicum / Bell Pepper - chopped
- 1 Stalk celery - chopped
- Low Fat Salad Dressing
Combine together in a salad bowl.
