Turkey Vegetable Chowder

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper


  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper


  • 1/2 cup chopped celery


  • 1 - 10 3/4 ounce can low fat condensed cream of chicken soup


  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk


  • 3 cups cubed cooked turkey breast


  • 1 - 10 ounce package frozen corn


  • 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves


  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves


  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper


Spray large nonstick saucepan with cooking oil spray. Heat until hot. Add celery, onion, green and red bell peppers. Cook over medium heat until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until chowder is hot.
